we’re so excited to reintroduce The Jungle Bench. This was our themed afternoon tea for summer 2 years ago now so it was due a comeback. The flavours and colours of this one just scream summer to us and it’s all served on our picnic bench stand. There is of course both sweet and savoury options and in place of tea or coffee it comes with a refreshing mocktail instead. Perfect for the summer months so let’s have a closer look shall we?

Let’s start with the drinks. Each bench comes with a raspberry lemonade shooter and then for the main drink a fresh and fruity mocktail that can of course be upgraded to make it a cocktail!!

This afternoon tea says no to finger sandwiches and hello to summer street food vibes! There are the Posh Fish Dippers that come with a minted pea puree. Then we have the Loaded Cajun Chicken and Halloumi fries and finally the Surf and Turf Tower Slider.

Then on to the sweet selections which we’ve kept light and fruity. First we have a selection of mini tarts. A stand for 2 people has one of each of the following (so you’ll need to decide who gets what or go halvsies on all of them) A Raspberry Tart, an Apple Crumble Tart, a Key lime Wave and a Passion Fruit Dome. For the rest of the sweets there is one each on a stand for 2 and these are a Lemon, Raspberry and White Chocolate Filled Scone, Tropical Eton mess and Fruity Sponge Cake Tower.

All of this is beautifully served on our picnic bench afternoon tea stand with fun pops of neon colours for those jungle vibes. This is perfect for those summer get togethers with friends or family or maybe you have a summer birthday to celebrate!

The Jungle Bench is £37.95 per person and the bench pictured above is for 2 people. The bench can be booked for a minimum of two people. 24 hours notice is required to book and we do take a small deposit per person when booking.
